What it does for you – plant by plant
St. John’s Wort* - Clinically studied for mild to moderate depression and seasonal mood shifts. Supports serotonin and dopamine pathways. The most sun-aligned herb in the collection — traditionally gathered at the Summer Solstice for centuries.
